1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing gazetteprismpatch.monster or booking a tasting session at our County Tipperary cellar, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Reservations & Cancellations
All tasting sessions require advance booking. Because cheeses are tempered and cut in small batches according to daily reservation lists:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled flight receive a full refund or date exchange.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled entry are subject to a 50% preparation charge.
- No-shows forfeit the entire booking fee.
3. Chamber Conduct & Safety
Visitors must remain with their designated cellar guide while inside active affinage corridors. Touching maturing wheels or disturbing timber shelving without explicit monger permission is prohibited to maintain biocontrol standards.
4. Intellectual Property
All photography, editorial essays, material formulations, and brand logos on this website are the proprietary property of gazetteprismpatch and protected under international copyright law.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
